Gavin Moyo is seasoned banker with over 10 years’ experience at senior management level in Operations and Administration; and in project management and development of high-performance banking products with a focus towards Retail Banking and Digital Financial Products. He joins the FINCA family as Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Operations and Customer Call center.

His experience also spans the formulation and implementation of strategic, technology and process improvement related projects in the financial industry. He understands the dynamics of management of large corporates and has proven experience in formulation and implementation of strategy. He has provided thought leadership and facilitated strategy formulation workshops for some of the Top Banks in Malawi. Furthermore, he is an astute process reengineer for efficient operational processes in response to business needs.

Gavin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Malawi.
