Madalitso Jonazi is a seasoned Marketer who brings to FINCA over 16 years of progressive leadership experience spanning banking, telecommunications, and financial services. He is a results-driven business leader with deep expertise in marketing strategy, commercial growth, digital transformation, and customer experience.

Over the past 16 years, Madalitso has held senior leadership roles across the banking, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. He has successfully led brand transformation, commercial growth, and digital innovation initiatives that strengthened market position, enhanced customer experience, and delivered measurable business results.

Madalitso holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. He is also a Chartered Marketing Analyst (CMA) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Operations Management with Arden University.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Madalitso will oversee FINCA’s commercial strategy, driving growth across digital channels, optimizing customer experience, and leading initiatives that enhance the organization’s market presence and impact.
