Rose has over 30 years of experience in both private and non-profit Industry.  She is particularly passionate about mentoring and enhancing coordination between Finance and Non-Finance Sectors to ensure efficient and effective management of resources and achievement of goals, quality and timely reporting and accountability to all stakeholders and beneficiaries.  She has experience in organizational development and management, strategic planning, project management, human resources management, audit and risk management and finance management.

She worked as Director of Finance and Administration and part of senior management team for several international organisations including Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) – Malawi I & II, Save the Children Federation (in Malawi, Zambia and South Africa), Heifer International Malawi, IM Swedish Development Partner Southern Africa Regional Office, and Multi-Country Posts and Telecoms Centre, holding local and regional positions.  She also worked as an auditor with an International Audit firm, Deloitte’s.

Prior to joining FINCA Malawi Board, Rose has been a board member and chairperson of Audit and Finance Committees for The Foods Company Limited (Maldeco), Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM), and the Malawi Conference of Catholic Bishops (MCCB).
