1. FINCA EduSmart Back to School promotion is a loan mobilization campaign that will promote the recently launched EduSmart (Education Financing) loan.
2. The promotion runs for a period of 2 months from 10th January 2025 to 28th February 2025.
3. The promotion is open to all FINCA Malawi clients (new and existing) who access the FINCA EduSmart loan.
4. Each individual is only eligible to win one of the monthly prizes/ grand prize available.
5. The cash prize will be taxable were applicable.
6. All eligible entries will be automatically entered into a monthly draw.
7. To qualify for a monthly draw, a new or existing customer must either:
a. Get a FINCA Edusmart loan to pay their school fees or the fees of their wards
b. Get a FINCA Edusmart loan to improve their school facility
8. There will be two draws that will be conducted in the promotion to award winners as follows:
a. Pep shopping vouchers worth MK100,000 to 3 winners each month
b. MK300,000 worth of school fees payment to 1 winner each month
c. A grand prize of MK500,000 to one school owner to purchase school supplies
9. The reigning interest will apply based on the terms of EduSmart loan.
10. Winners may only receive their prizes by claiming them at their nearest FINCA Branch, one week after they are contacted by FINCA to inform them of their prize.
11. Employees of FINCA Malawi and their immediate families and FINCA Agents are NOT eligible to win any prizes in the promotion.
