Let’s Go! Tiyeni ku FINCA Savings Promotion: Terms and Conditions

  1. Let’s Go! Tiyeni ku FINCA is a savings mobilization campaign that will promote Fixed Deposit and Phindu Savings accounts.
  2. The promotion runs for a period of 3 months from 24th September 2024 to 20th December 2024.
  3. The promotion is open to all FINCA Malawi clients (new and existing).
  4. Each individual is only eligible to win one of the monthly prizes/ grand prize available.
  5. The cash prize will be taxable were applicable.
  6. All eligible entries will be automatically entered into a monthly draw.
  7. To qualify for a monthly draw, a new or existing customer must either:
    1. Deposit a minimum of MK100,000, fixed for at least 3 months in a Fixed Deposit Account
    2. Or deposit a minimum of MK20,000 into a Phindu savings account and maintain that balance throughout the promotion period
  8. There will be three draws that will be conducted in the promotion to award winners as follows:
    1. Branded thermal mugs to 5 winners each month
    2. Electric heaters to 3 winners each month
    3. Shopping vouchers worth MK50,000 to 5 winners each month
    4. A grand prize of a 4-plate gas cooker to 1 winner at the end of the promotion
  9. The reigning interest will apply based on amount and term on the fixed deposit placement.
  10. Winners may only receive their prizes by claiming them at their nearest FINCA branch, one week after they are contacted by FINCA to inform them of their prize.
  11. Employees of FINCA Malawi and their immediate families and FINCA Agents are NOT eligible to win any prizes in the promotion.
