Livelihood, children’s education, and climate are our focus
Empowering individuals, particularly underserved populations, is at the core of our overarching mission. Initiatives such as financial literacy programs and training are instrumental in helping our customers enhance their economic well-being and livelihood.
In addition to our commitment to alleviating poverty, we acknowledge the significance of environmental sustainability. Therefore, we adhere to environmentally friendly policies and ethical practices. Furthermore, we actively support environmental conservation projects, such as tree planting, to mitigate the ecological footprint of our operations.
We are dedicating our time and expertise to benefit our communities.
We maintain constant engagement with the community, investing in social infrastructure and addressing various humanitarian concerns. This includes providing essential relief supplies such as food, clothing, blankets, hygiene kits, and other necessities during emergencies or natural disasters.
Furthermore, we offer various initiatives that allow FINCA employees to volunteer their time and resources in support of community development efforts. Through these initiatives, we aim to create a positive and enduring impact, fostering a better future for individuals, businesses, and the environment.
