Charles Anderson Bello is a Fellow of the Chartered Bankers Institute in Scotland, a Certified Associate of the London School of Banking and Finance, Certified Fraud Specialist and a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa who brings to FINCA vast knowledge and experience in the financial industry and aims to steer the Malawi team in achieving its strategic objectives.

He brings to FINCA over twenty years of work experience in the financial industry after previously working with various financial institutions including National Bank of Malawi, Old Mutual, Future Savings and Credit Cooperatives Limited, NBS Bank, Epay Limited and FDH Bank, serving in various Senior positions.

Charles holds a master’s degree (Banking and Finance) from Bangor University, UK; MBA from University of Derby and a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Services from University of Manchester, United Kingdom.

Charles joined the FINCA family in February 2023 after his appointment by the Board of Directors of FINCA Malawi
