Lovemore joined FINCA Limited in June 2022 as Head of Human Resources. With 15 years managerial experience providing innovative management solutions, Lovemore is responsible for the development and oversight of all human resources policies, procedures, strategies and systems in the fields of HR Strategy Formulation; Talent Acquisition; Talent Development & Training (L&D); Performance Management; Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Management; Employee Relations; Succession Planning; Corporate Culture; Change Management and Records Management. Prior to joining FINCA Limited, he was Human Resources Manager for Sunbird Hotels & Resorts units. Prior to that also, he once worked for FINCA Malawi for 2.5 years.

Lovemore holds a Bachelor of Science Degree specialized in Human Resource Development & Management from Share WORLD Open University. He also holds a Diploma in Management: Human Resources Management from The Institute of Administration & Commerce [IAC], RSA
