Martha is a dynamic, results driven, highly motivated audit professional with a demonstrated history of working in the audit industry.

She joined FINCA Malawi in February 2023 as the Corporate Audit Manager and leads the audit function of the FINCA subsidiary in Malawi. Before joining FINCA Malawi, Martha formerly worked for Kauya and Partners in Botswana as Internal Audit Manager. Previously, she also worked for Press Corporation Limited as Group Internal Auditor and also works at Deloitte and Touche as Senior Auditor.

Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems Degree from the University of Malawi and she is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). She is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) with a proven track record in risk-based audit, risk management, risk assessment, internal controls, information system, compliance, operations and governance audits
